I supervise experienced and trained counsellors, individually or in small groups.

My experience includes supervising the counselling work of those working privately; in voluntary agencies; in welfare organisations. This has included supervising other professionals, who are not counsellors but have a therapeutic element to their work.

My approach is Integrative, my supervision training was with Southampton Counselling Service, my original counselling degree was with Chichester University.

I believe supervision needs to provide a safe enough space to allow for reflection on work while still being challenging enough to be stimulating. This is a collaborative process and can be adapted to meet your needs.
